Our Starlight Travelers of the month is the Peltz family! Here's a bit about their vacation:

Let's start with the resort accommodations! How was everything?
The accommodations at the Hard Rock were outstanding. The property is humongous with plenty to do or not to do if you prefer. I even took advantage of the Picks program and enjoyed playing a little guitar in the room. We picked a different pool every day and different restaurants while the drinks kept a flowin'.
Walking in [to our suite], there was plenty of room with an eating area including a fridge stocked up with Presedente, water and sodas. The TV already tuned in to the Hard Rock happenings. The King sized bed overlooking the lower level where the sofa bed was located for our daughter. The bathroom was exceptionally large and we really loved the shower.
How was the dining and beverage experience?
On our way to find food, the first stop was a specialty drink pop up bar which occur in different spots and at different times through out your stay. I personally liked the "Sweet Child O'mine" while my daughter enjoyed "Isn't She Lovely". During the day around the "Party Pool" they bring out an awesome choice of Pool Side foods in a buffet style which hit the spot as the pool side Pina Colada's, Daiquiris and Sea Breezes were bottomless.
Sooo many restaurants to choose from with many different cuisines. While "The Market" offered many choices as a Buffet Style, Toro was an excellent Steakhouse, Ciao fulfilled the Italian need and ZEN was a delightful hibachi experience. We also found the other restaurants just as excellent. We actually didn't even have the chance to eat at every option. So I guess we're going to have to return to finish off each of the choices.
All-inclusive resorts are well known for their onsite amenities! How would you describe the property?
Well, after we were dropped off, talk about Concierge... we were treated like Rock Stars. I'm not sure what connections Kim Curlin from Starlight2Travel has, but she must know someone! As our first experience in an All Inclusive, we didn't opt for the high end treatment, however, we were greeted by the Membership Concierge and treated as if we were members. It was pretty cool when they brought me a drink as we checked in to the hotel. It is the Hard Rock, so there is entertainment going on all the time. We enjoyed the deferent activities hosted by the DJ at the "Party Pool" all day long as well as some live entertainment and dancing on the terrace. We went to "See the Show" every night for the entertainment brought in from all over the world. This resort has 13 pools to choose from where you can be secluded, enjoy activities with kids, or party on with the DJ. Then there is games to play against the staff like Beach Volleyball. You can't even get all this entertainment in on a 7 day stay.
How were the staff onsite throughout the trip?
The hotel was enormous with so much to do. With all of the property I can't believe how clean everything was. Transportation to get around the property was always available if you didn't want to walk. The staff was courteous and helpful and you can find some one at every turn if you needed, especially if you wanted a beverage.
What was your most unforgettable vacation memory?
We spent Mother's day on this trip and ensured my wife had the day she so well deserved. The resort had different spots to celebrate the Mom's and my daughter and her mother just spent the day together enjoying their time.
Special Notes:
Sitting around trying to plan a nice vacation, my wife and I ran into so many roadblocks. Then we contacted Kim from a friend's recommendation. I don't know if I can even articulate the gratitude I have for Kim Curlin. We pretty much gave her nothing to go off and bombarded her with a bunch of maybe this and maybe that. Within a day, she responded with options and advice. After we made our decision on the Hard Rock, Kim was on top of it all, leaving no stone unturned. My wife and I would not have thought of half the things Kim made us think about and then she took care of them all. She spent the right amount of time meeting with us in person and going over all the details. When we got to our destination, we just really only had to relax. Thanks Kim, you are more than a Pro and delightful to work with. I can't wait to do it again and of course, we'll be contacting Kim.
