Kim and her staff did a fantastic job in planning our Covid delayed honeymoon for June 2023. We spent 9 days island hoping in Greece and then connected with a Viking River cruise in Zurich that took us in the Rhine and Moselle River and concluded in Paris. The agency was there 24/7 for us and helped with any issues that arose. All we had to do was vacation!

We had an amazing Disney trip planned by Kim! She made it easy to compare prices for different packages and resorts so we could pick what fit our budget and priorities best. She helped us with dining reservations and planning how to hit the top things we wanted to do at each park. We flew with Southwest, and while we were traveling, they had a huge amount of flight cancellations. Kim was proactive about the situation and had back up plans in place for us. She even called around to her network to get inside information on exactly what was going on. I'll start by saying how overwhelmed I was trying to plan a trip to Hawaii for my family on my own. I decided to seek out a travel agent and Kim was my savior!! From the beginning through the end she was thorough, ensuring all of our needs/wants were met. She was quickly responsive with any and all questions no matter how minimal they may have seemed. Get the travel agent — you won’t regret it!
We had an amazing vacation set up by Kim and the fact we didn’t have to plan anything after just planning a wedding was a HUGE stress reliever. Out of Kim’s control we got stuck in the Charlotte Aiport but Kim assured me, talked me off a ledge and figured it out for us. I can’t say how much anxiety was relieved having Kim by our side!

This trip was actually our third try since Celebrity cancelled the last 2 trips. Although we got our money back oncethey cancelled it, we lost all the special perks that we had from the first booking.
Kim stayed on the phone for a long time with Celebrity to get our perks back and reduced the overall cost of the tirp significantly!!!

HELLO! Can we just talk about this amazing travel agent KIM!? I always dreamed about an all-inclusive honeymoon on a beach with great drinks. We sent over our budget and Kim was able to find us multiple locations with amazing perks like vip services, spa days, champagne on arrival ect.….all within our budget. I will be using her for all of our future travels. She was by her phone 24/7 during my travel days and on vacation with any questions or issues if needed. Kim has been an amazing Travel Agent for our Family& Friends Caribbean Cruise. we have been working with Kim for about 18mo. yes, we started this during Covid! From our first Zoom group meeting to Covid safe in person group meetings. Kim has represented each and every one of us as an individual and handled all our specific needs perfectly! when some of us in our group decided to cancel due to some personal Covid Concerns, she didn't hesitate to handle that for us. Oh, my goodness, Kim is AMAZING. Truly amazing. She helped us plan for 2 years the perfect Disney vacation. When we got there, the hotel put us in a boy’s room when we booked a Little Mermaid room. I called her and within 5 minutes, she had it completely handled and got us in an upgraded Finding Nemo room!! Then, when my husband got sick on the trip, she was right there for us. She helped us leave early and will be planning our makeup trip soon. I am so thankful for Kim. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!

Kim was the best thing that happened to us when planning this vacation. Not only did I change our entire trip part way through planning, but we also had a few issues on our trip. Kim replanned our whole trip based on my vision for our family vacation, and she worked day and night to help us fix the issues that came from the hotel.
